Eligibility

This program is suitable for you if you satisfy the following conditions...
Your business is well-established. The minimum Annual Revenue required to qualify for, and to benefit from Westernston's White-Glove programs is $10 Million.
You do not sell commodities of any sort. A commodity is something that you don't own the branding rights to outright. If your product or service can be offered by a competitor, Westernston's consulting programs are not suitable for your business.
You either have structural challenges on account of internal operations and systemization and/or people problems.
Or you have marketing challenge(s) which lead to poor market-share, weak brand, and/or poor customer or client retention.

Disqualification Criterion

This program is unsuitable for you if you meet the following conditions...
Your business is not yet well-established. Due to limited time and resources, Westernston can not directly work with startups, or businesses that have revenues less than $10 Million.
Your business is too big. We do not work with businesses with more than $200 Million in Annual Revenues. We also do not work with listed companies.
You are not the primary decision maker. We only work with CEO's, CXO's, Owners, Presidents & Directors. People who can implement our suggestions quickly without needing the approval of a committee, a superior or a board.
You sell commodities of any sort. We can only help with marketing a product that has feature-sets that make it differentiable.

Here's what you can expect to gain out of the consultation sessions...
Clear strategy. You will know clearly where you are heading (what your objectives are) and how to get there (what your strategy is) with your constraints, limitations, strengths, weaknesses and your market's landscape, as it is. Once we know what you want, we'll steadily make small changes on a daily/weekly basis to ensure your business is headed in the right direction.
Deliverables. You tell us what the end result is. We'll tell you if it is likely that we can deliver. Whether you want greater marketshare, or better retention... whether you want new follow-up campaigns and offers developed, or the existing ones optimized, you'll have access to our entire team. We've got developers, writers, copywriters, media buyers and designers on standby. You don't need to have an in-house marketing department, because we've got one for you.
Operational Systemization. We'll create the *franchisable* version of your business. We'll talk to everyone in your organization to develop your organizational chart, policy documentation, triggers, training mechanisms for new team-members, inspection systems and bottleneck resolution methods... so that you can focus on growing your business rather than running it.

Strategy Consulting... Discontinued

This program is a great fit for you if you would like to handle the implementation yourself, in-house, and do not require team Westernston to help you implement any strategic changes, overhauls, marketing campaigns, systemization of processes and so on.

Here's what you can expect to gain out of the consultation sessions...
Clear strategy. You will know clearly where you are heading (what your objectives are) and how to get there (what your STRATEGY is) with your constraints, limitations, strengths, weaknesses and your market's landscape, as it is.
Marketing overview. While you and your team will be responsible for implementing new marketing campaigns on your own, you can expect our feedback on your existing and new marketing campaigns. This includes pretty much every customer-facing content or experience that your business produces.
Operational Systemization Outlook. You will receive Westernston's expertise on planning new processes and developing policies that get implemented in a systemized manner.
